So it’s time to advertise and you may have an idea of what you want. Or not, that’s fine too. Whether your brand requires something edgy and different or middle-of-the-road and safe, I have teams of creatives who can make it effective AND affective.

The Campaign Shoot Process:

Firstly we need to establish goals. Your advertisements can do one thing well or several things poorly. Do you need branding as for a new business launch or refreshed logo? A call to action like a sale or new website? Do you need to communicate with existing customers or to attract new ones? When you engage my team for campaign shoot production we will brainstorm with you:

  • Who is your brand (it’s a person, you know – it has an identity and it’s own attitude)?
  • Who are your audience? How old are they? What do they like?
  • What are you trying to communicate?  How can we best do this in an image?
  • What will be your advertising strategy?  Magazines? Billboards?
  • What is your product price point? Do you want to look exclusive or accessible?
  • What, if any, previous branding needs to be considered?

Then we will:

  • Conceptualise your campaign: Sketches, mood boards, lighting and story.
  • Test the idea on some people removed from the process.
  • Propose the model(s) we think will communicate best with your audience.
  • Propose the creative team (photographer, make-up artist, hair stylist, fashion stylist) that will create our vision.
  • Propose a set (studio, outdoor, on-location)
  • Explain why we’ve reached these decisions.

On the day we:

  • Set up.
  • Steam garments if required.
  • Direct the shoot (crack the whip).
  • Cater (lunch, snacks and drinks).
  • Ensure everything complies with OH&S and that all legally required breaks are taken.
  • Pack up

After the shoot we:

  • Allow you to choose the images you want from the shoot.
  • Retouch your chosen images.
  • Add your logo and branding to the images if required.
  • Supply you with a disc of the completed images in high resolution.
  • Watch as you marvel at the process :)

We can also:

  • Advise you on printing companies, design companies, etc.
  • Advise you on marketing companies, PR companies, creative writers, etc.
