When I began model management in 2009, I set out to build a boutique firm that was known for its professionalism and service.

I am proud to say that just two and a half years later, Mark Fitzgerald Management is among Australia’s most forward thinking management firms, providing valuable advice and representation to experienced and new models alike.

With previous experience in fashion management, music management, marketing and sales, I have a unique skill-set that spans fashion, music, retail, public relations and online marketing. This combination of experience and skills more than qualifies me to advise and lead models along their chosen career paths with insight and empathy.

As part of my commitment to professionalism and service, I support and encourage my models to be active participants in their careers, working with them to be well informed ambassadors of their own personal brands as well as mine.

A strong emphasis on training and development including walking, posing, video and portfolio gives my models a professional edge when it comes to applying for agency representation and performing on the job.

I love being the manager to push when my clients need pushing, advise them when advice is required and to keep their careers on track.
