When I began model management in 2009, I set out to build a boutique agency that was known for its professionalism and service.

I am proud to say that just two years later, Mark Fitzgerald Management is among Australia’s most forward thinking model agencies, providing premium service in fashion and advertising to large and small clients alike.

With previous experience in management, marketing and sales, I have a unique skill-set that spans fashion, retail, public relations and online marketing. This combination of experience and skills has given me great insight into my clients’ needs, assisting with and even being able to advise on marketing and promotional strategies.

As part of my commitment to professionalism and service, I support and encourage my models to be active participants in their careers, working with them to be well informed ambassadors of their own personal brands as well as mine.

With clients I take the same approach, working to deliver nothing less than the best outcome possible for each project. I pride myself on being a decisive and efficient communicator; someone who always keeps their clients informed and confident in their campaigns.

Recently, I expanded my management services to photographers, make-up artists and stylists to build one of Melbourne’s few full-service creative agencies, enabling an even higher level of service to my clients.

Outside of my formal management I also have relationships with copywriters, voice over agencies and filmographers, assuring that no matter what people a project needs, I have a team of great creatives and models to deliver the best product possible.
